Job summary

All Star Auto Parts, now part of TERREPOWER, is seeking a Production Supervisor in Dallas to lead a 20+ person remanufacturing team focused on automotive lights. You will oversee daily operations, optimize material movement, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in inventory and shipping, and a drive to improve processes. We offer competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a 20+ person team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in inventory, distribution, shipping, or materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including inventory management and material movement.
• Audit teams to ensure process adherence and efficiency.
• Ensure safety standards and a hazard-free environment.
• Meet quality, inventory, and production standards.
• Ensure on-time order commitments and shift reports.
• Assist in training programs and onboarding.
• Participate in hiring and weekly quality meetings.
• Mentor and train production team members.
• Manage ordering and organization of raw materials.
