Job summary

Valeo, a global automotive supplier, is hiring a Production Supervisor for its Hamilton, Ohio facility. You will lead a high-speed manufacturing line, supervise the operators, and organize training, safety, and continuous improvement activities on the third shift.

This full-time role focuses on achieving SQCDM targets, maintaining standards, and driving TPM, with regular appraisals and collaboration with support functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years experience in Production Supervision.
• Experience in high-speed automotive manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-speed manufacturing line and supervise operators.
• Organize training, safety rules, and performance boards.
• Manage absenteeism, holidays, and shift adherence on the APZ perimeter.
• Ensure adherence to TPM standards, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct operator appraisals, salary reviews, and career interviews.
• Collaborate with APU/Support functions to solve issues quickly.
