Job summary

Oshkosh Delivery, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams in a safe, productive environment. You will plan, coordinate, and support on-time production schedules while upholding quality, housekeeping, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coaching high-performance teams, enforcing 5S, leading Kaizen events, conducting root-cause analyses, and driving continuous improvement to meet schedule demands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 small or similar production areas/processes within the facility.
• Lead production team members in a union and/or non-union environment and troubleshoot on the line.
• Provide performance feedback and appraisals to guide development of team members.
• Educate and enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards and processes; recommend improvements.
• Support maintenance, continuous improvement, and value‑stream projects to meet schedules.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses of manufacturing processes and implement improvements.
• Report and respond to product and process nonconformance issues.
• Implement and sustain 5S in work areas; ensure tools and materials are available.
• Champion process improvements and lead Kaizen events; create standard work.
• Accurately maintain company records and documents per policies.
