Job summary

LATICRETE International in Grand Prairie, TX is hiring a Lead Production Associate for a 12-hour shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule. You will lead a production team and ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities include operating plant equipment, using RF Gun to locate materials, ensuring material readiness, performing QA checks, and preparing shift reports and handoffs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of plant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret directions and orders.
• Strong math, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team to meet productivity targets.
• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory accuracy.
• Provide shift handoffs and reports.
