Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 4pm - 12:30am) to work closely with Plant management, develop personnel, and ensure smooth, efficient operations at the site.

The role requires 3-5 years of warehouse experience and proven team leadership. Responsibilities include safety enforcement, production goals, and providing mentorship; overtime and swing shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis.

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll get to work closely with Plant management in developing all plant personnel and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently! We’re looking for someone who is ready to take their experience in a similar industry and grow!

We are hiring for a 2nd shift role Monday - Friday, 4pm - 12:30am.
