48forty Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a 2nd shift role (Mon-Fri, 4pm-12:30am) to work with Plant management, develop personnel, and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently at our Bucks County site. You will lead production, enforce safety, and mentor the team while handling pallets and forklift tasks.

Requires a High School diploma or GED and 3–5 years in a warehouse setting with proven leadership; the role offers competitive pay, benefits, and long-term career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Ability to communicate with Plant management team regularly.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site.
• Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties.
• Lead production and provide customer support when necessary.
• Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times.
