Qualifications

• 4‑year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and production workflows.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable with consistent and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees to ensure efficient operations and high‑quality product output.
• Organize and schedule work based on employee skill sets, machine availability, and production demands.
• Coach, train, and develop team members in equipment operation, manufacturing techniques, safety, SPC, recycling, and company processes.
• Resolve machine, tooling, and production issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Promote and enforce a safe work environment by supporting safety initiatives, investigating incidents, and participating in safety committee activities.
• Communicate production performance, capacity concerns, and product issues with internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Manage attendance, payroll, overtime, and paid time off records.
• Ensure plant security and operational integrity during assigned shifts.
• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) following company standards and documented procedures.
