Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling and shop workflow management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute daily and weekly production schedules.
• Prioritize jobs based on deadlines and shop capacity.
• Coordinate workflow across laser cutting, forming, welding, finishing, and assembly.
• Identify bottlenecks and adjust resources to maintain flow.
• Lead and direct daily shop floor activities.
• Own and improve on-time delivery metrics.
• Track progress against schedule.
• Communicate risks and implement solutions.
