Seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and ensure seamless workflow from engineering through fabrication and final shipment. This individual will own the production schedule, coordinate cross-functional execution, and drive on-time delivery of high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities

Production Scheduling & Execution

• Develop, manage, and execute daily and weekly production schedules
• Prioritize jobs based on customer deadlines and shop capacity
• Coordinate workflow across laser cutting, forming, welding, finishing, and assembly
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively adjust resources to maintain flow
• Partner with engineering to ensure jobs are released accurately and on time
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly to minimize delays
• Ensure all documentation, prints, and job packets are complete and production-ready
• Lead and direct daily shop floor activities
• Set clear priorities, expectations, and accountability standards
• Monitor progress and step in to resolve issues as needed
• Drive a culture focused on quality, efficiency, and teamwork

Delivery Performance

• Own and improve on-time delivery metrics
• Track production progress against schedule
• Communicate risks early and implement solutions to maintain commitments
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and scheduling efficiency
• Support lean manufacturing practices and shop organization

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• On-site in Hudson, NH
• Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000, based on experience
• Performance-based bonus tied to production and delivery metrics
