Job summary

A Supply Chain Specialist is needed in Glendora, CA to manage planning, procurement, and supplier coordination in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will oversee multiple product lines from purchasing through finished goods inventory and collaborate with vendors, sales, engineering, and manufacturing to optimize material flow and supply continuity.

The role emphasizes production planning, long-term forecasting, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in production planning/related roles.
• Experience in supply chain across buying and planning functions.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/medical devices/etc.).
• Strong ERP knowledge (JDE or similar).
• MRP/resource planning proficiency.
• Experience with supplier negotiations and CMOs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple product lines from procurement through finished goods inventory.
• Develop material purchase plans based on forecasts and demand.
• Analyze inventory usage and obsolescence, providing improvement insights.
• Coordinate material movements with CMOs and suppliers for on-time production.
• Lead supplier sourcing and negotiation activities for favorable terms.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of manufacturing schedules.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy to support purchasing and planning.
• Support cross-functional teams to align supply plans with business needs.
• Contribute to NPI from a planning and supply chain perspective.
