Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Metals to lead planning, procurement, logistics and capacity across global manufacturing sites. You will translate demand into actionable production plans and align with suppliers, engineering and quality teams to support a high‑tech, regulated medical device business.

You will manage a global team of planners and buyers, drive strategic supplier partnerships, develop risk mitigation, and implement S&OP/CRP processes, EPS and lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• MBA or advanced supply chain certs preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain leadership roles in highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct procurement, planning, warehousing and logistics across multiple value streams.
• Lead global team of planners and buyers; manage supplier relationships and risk.
• Develop S&OP, capacity planning and production scheduling processes.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and Edwards Production System (EPS).
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Sourcing to meet demand and capacity targets.
