Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a skilled lead process technician to provide technical direction for machine operation and supervise production lines. You will train staff, plan and direct work, and resolve problems to keep lines running efficiently and in compliance.

The role requires 2-4 years' related experience, ability to interpret technical documentation, and proficiency with spreadsheet/word processing tools. You will work with multiple departments to maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' related experience.
• Able to read, analyze and interpret business docs and procedures.
• Able to write reports and procedures; present information to managers.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production operators and activities under limited supervision.
• Verify compliance with jobs, documentation and safety rules.
• Troubleshoot machinery problems and write work orders.
• Assist with validations and training; advise supervisor on staff strengths/weaknesses.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow company policies; support various projects.
