The role requires strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and cGMP, with accountability for safety, budgets, and performance metrics on the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production personnel in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to coordinate production schedules and changeovers.
• Familiarity with SOPs and cGMP requirements.
