Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in the United States seeks a FreeFlex Supervisor of Production to oversee floor operations, staff alignment, and line changeovers. The role focuses on maintaining production efficiency, safety, and adherence to cGMP standards across multiple lines on a single site.

The supervisor will train and onboard new operators, perform evaluations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. A strong background in GMP, QA, and effective communication is required to ensure audit-ready

Qualifications

• QT certification and strong training skills.
• Advanced automated systems understanding.
• Good cleanroom technique to minimize contamination.
• Thorough understanding of batch records and reconciliation.
• Ability to perform risk-based decisions and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operators and group leads to ensure on-time training and onboarding.
• Coordinate production schedules and line changeovers.
• Ensure equipment and area remain audit-ready through housekeeping and documentation.
• Review batch records and ensure timely releases.
• Lead deviations root cause analysis and CAPA actions.
• Communicate across shifts to maintain continuity of information.
• Support annual departmental budgeting and process improvements.
