Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in North Carolina is seeking a FreeFlex Supervisor of Production to oversee on-the-floor operations, staff scheduling, and line downtime reduction. You will prioritize day-to-day production efficiency, monitor equipment downtime, and ensure materials and tools are readily available for operators.

The role requires strong knowledge of SOPs, cGMPs, and cleanroom techniques, with experience training staff, reviewing batch records, and driving continuous improvement on multiple

Qualifications

• QT certification is required.
• Advanced automated systems knowledge.
• Cleanroom technique proficiency.
• Experience with batch records and reconciliation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to train and onboard staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for safe, efficient operation and quality conformance.
• Train and onboard new employees; perform corrective actions.
• Ensure equipment condition and audit readiness.
• Coordinate production schedules and changeovers.
• Maintain documentation per GCP / cGMP.
• Identify deviations and implement CAPAs.
• Communicate across shifts to ensure continuity.
• Contribute to annual departmental budget.
