You will lead a production team, perform changeovers, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure quality while complying with ISO GMP standards. This role requires 18+ and ability to work weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 12 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays or flexible schedule.
• Effective leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Identify and resolve line bottlenecks and report to maintenance.
• Perform product and package changeovers.
• Lead production work team.
• Maintain safe, clean workplace per ISO GMP.
• Use shop floor data systems.
