Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking an Operator - Machine Lead to help produce quality product on continuous motion packaging lines. You will lead a production work team and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Your day includes operating and troubleshooting equipment, coordinating with maintenance, performing line changeovers, and upholding ISO Good Manufacturing Practices to maintain high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED or 12 months related experience.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays/flexible schedule.
• Effective leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to climb 10-12 ft ladder.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform intermediate troubleshooting on equipment.
• Identify and resolve line bottlenecks; communicate equipment issues to maintenance.
• Perform product change over without assistance.
• Perform package change over on multiple pieces of equipment.
• Operate equipment on multiple package platforms.
• Communicate effectively using radio devices in the shop.
• Prepare quality check sheets and pre-production checklists.
