Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• College degree in industrial technology, business, management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a food processing or non-edible food processing environment required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Participates in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production team members and their work activities.
• Analyze forecast and plan production objectives; optimize workflow and machine utilization.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and assist with repairs; coordinate outside repair services as needed.
• Provide safety and quality training; coach team members on performance and compliance.
• Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and safety/ supervisory meetings.
