Job summary

New Gen Holding, LLC is seeking a Lead Production Operator to support day-to-day operations in Jackson, Ohio. This on-site role involves operating production equipment, adjusting setups, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and maintaining clear records while collaborating with the Processing department and other teams. Flexibility for production hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and comply with standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned production equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers as directed.
• Identify and respond to basic equipment issues, escalating as needed per company protocol.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and support the general upkeep of production equipment.
• Support new product and process initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, and help ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
