Job summary

LGI Homes is seeking a Production Lead to coordinate a team in a high-volume production environment in Ohio. The role focuses on safe production of quality product and adherence to company procedures, with attention to scheduling, workflow, and continuous improvement.

You will supervise process execution, ensure proper reporting, and support maintenance as needed. The position emphasizes teamwork and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a food processing environment required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, forecast and plan production objectives.
• Schedule production operators and maintenance work orders as needed.
• Coordinate production area workflow including unloading, blending and packaging of raw products.
• Maximize production efficiencies and machine utilization.
• Troubleshoot production processes and coordinate repairs.
• Document data to control production processes and update SOPs.
