Job summary

Mount Kemble Search Group seeks a high‑impact Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive performance across all production lines. You’ll oversee 1st shift, with support for 2nd and 3rd shifts, ensuring quality and adherence to procedures.

You’ll coordinate daily production, plan staffing, manage ERP data and forecasting, and lead a team of production personnel. APQP participation and tooling improvements are part of the role, with a focus on ISO quality standards and cost

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising manufacturing operations.
• Four-year technical degree or equivalent; SPC/SQC coursework preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production and manufacturing activities across all product lines to meet customer requirements and profitability goals.
• Review production schedules to determine staffing needs, work procedures, and duty assignments.
• Drive on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, labor efficiency, and material cost reduction.
• Maintain ERP production module accuracy and provide monthly forecasting for open sales orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and manage production personnel; provide feedback and development plans.
• Participate in APQP activities and recommend tooling, equipment, and manufacturing technology improvements.
• Coordinate raw material, WIP, and finished goods programs for cost-effective inventory management.
