Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• At least three years of supervisory experience leading production teams.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality, safety and CI.
• Experience with ERP or MES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet targets and safety/quality standards.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production staff.
• Coordinate production schedules, materials, and equipment to optimize workflow.
• Monitor inventory usage and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvements to increase throughput and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and senior leadership to align with business objectives.
