Job summary

Windows of Wisconsin in Kaukauna, WI seeks a Production Manager to lead our large production department and drive performance across measuring, ordering, shop, installation, and service. You will coach supervisors and crews, optimize scheduling and productivity, and uphold our standard of exceptional customer experience throughout field operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction, remodeling, installation, or closely related field operations.
• Strong scheduling, organizational, analytical, and process-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including difficult conversations with employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire Production operation: Measuring, Ordering, Shop, Installation, and Service.
• Develop supervisors, crew leaders, and employees through coaching and clear expectations.
• Improve scheduling, job readiness, productivity, labor efficiency, and first-time completion.
• Ensure workmanship meets WoW standards and delivers exceptional customer experience.
• Identify root causes, reduce callbacks, rework, and unnecessary service visits.
• Use KPIs and scorecards to drive measurable improvements.
• Visit jobsites regularly to support crews and address field challenges.
