Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction field operations, focused on sunrooms, doors, and windows.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to managing customer/employee/subcontractor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain branch quality standards.
• Measure jobs and ensure accuracy of field work.
• Check jobs for installation problems before start.
• Review concerns with Installation Supervisor and Regional Operations Manager.
• Review contracts with customers.
• Diagnose and/or perform service work as needed.
• Install jobs when required.
• Provide employee and subcontractor training.
• Ensure crews know job details and loaded materials/equipment.
• Oversee performance of Lead Installers and Apprentices and train them.
• Obtain building permits as required.
• Review schedule with Installation Supervisor.
• Other duties may be assigned.
