Job summary

WinCup seeks a Lead Production Equipment Operator for the days shift in Stone Mountain, GA. You will oversee the shift production equipment operators, enforce GMP and safety standards, and drive quality and efficiency across lines.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Good mechanical ability and manual dexterity.
• Ability to speak, read and write English to carry out instructions and communicate with others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety procedures are followed and the work area is kept safe.
• Oversee operation of the production area, including cup lines and related equipment.
• Maintain product quality and production efficiencies while minimizing scrap.
• Lead shift huddles when required and communicate with the shift supervisor.
• Coach and mentor PEOs on operation and repair of cup machinery.
