Job summary

WinCup in Stone Mountain, GA is hiring a Production Lead to support the cups department on a 12-hour shift. You will assist the shift supervisor in safe, efficient operations and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience as a Lead in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of machinery, printing, packaging and quality processes.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production floor under the shift supervisor to ensure smooth operation.
• Drive safety by enforcing GMP guidelines and reporting concerns immediately.
• Oversee quality checks including sleeve counts, boxes and labels.
• Coach and mentor team members each shift.
• Run the shift independently when needed and adapt to equipment issues.
