The ideal candidate has a general high school degree and 2+ years in production; a background in equipment troubleshooting and KPI-driven performance is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Always keeps safety first while using all equipment.
• Leads and directs machine operator teams while prioritizing workload daily.
• Prioritizes daily production on the equipment to reduce downtime and changeovers.
• Uses advanced knowledge of production-based equipment to ensure optimal usage and maximization of output.
• Trains machine operators on equipment usage and data reporting.
