The role demands strategic leadership to drive process excellence, safety standards, and continuous improvement across site operations. You will oversee complex portfolios, manage bulk storage, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements while mentoring staff and collaborating with

Competenze

• Proficiency in heat and mass transfer, mass balancing, and equipment performance assessments.
• Expertise in tracking, analyzing OEE, production rates, and quality metrics.
• Knowledge of MOC, PSM, regulatory compliance, and chemical handling standards.

• Direct MOC and PSM programs and drive facility-wide improvement strategies.
