Veolia seeks a Sr. Production Engineer to direct operations and set the technical strategy at our water chemical treatment facility, overseeing Production and Logistics.

This role requires strategic engineering leadership to drive process excellence, safety, and continuous improvement while providing high-level oversight of production and supply chain. You will lead root-cause analyses, optimize supply chain, mentor staff, and govern CAPEX/OPEX programs across site, regional, and global

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
• Certifications in Process Safety Management (PSM) or Water Treatment Operations advantageous.

Mansioni

• Support Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, policies, and regulations.
• Directs and governs MOC and PSM programs, setting standards for operational excellence.
• Oversees and validates advanced process engineering designs, including heat and mass transfer analyses.
• Drives root cause investigation strategy for critical failures and implements long-term solutions.
• Shapes engineering best practices and champions adoption of innovative technologies.
• Exhibits executive-level autonomy in managing high-impact engineering portfolios.
• Applies data-driven strategic direction to improve site performance and safety.
• Leads key engineering initiatives with global Engineering leadership.
