This leadership role is vital for maximizing oil and gas recovery from existing wells and facilities, ensuring optimal operational performance and asset integrity in the Free State province . You will be responsible for guiding a team of production engineers, implementing innovative production enhancement techniques, and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental standards within the competitive Oil & Gas sector .

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily production operations, ensuring that targets for oil and gas output are met efficiently and safely.
Develop and implement production optimization strategies, including artificial lift design and troubleshooting.
Conduct performance analysis of wells and facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Manage production-related projects, including workovers, facility upgrades, and new equipment installations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the production engineering team.

Requirements
