Job summary

Axtria - Ingenious Insights seeks a Forward Deployment Engineer to embed directly within pharma client environments, owning end-to-end production AI systems that run on client infrastructure. You will lead engineers and architect multi-agent workflows, delivering robust AI solutions with regulatory awareness and data governance.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years in engineering, data, or AI roles with direct pharma/life sciences exposure.
• Pharma domain experience is mandatory and must be understood without primer.
• Proven production AI engineering experience: shipped systems, not just PoCs.
• Strong foundations in Python, SQL, cloud infra, data pipelines, and API design.

Responsibilities

• Embed within pharma client organizations and lead end-to-end AI deployment on client infrastructure.
• Direct multiple engineers and manage architecture trade-offs with senior client stakeholders.
• Translate pharma business problems into scalable AI architectures and ensure domain-defensible outputs.
• Contribute to Axtria's library of deployment patterns and best practices.
