Job summary

Axtria, Inc. is hiring Forward Deployment Engineers who directly deploy production AI within pharma client environments, building end-to-end AI systems on the client’s data and infrastructure. The role blends technical depth, pharma domain knowledge, and consulting maturity to operate independently at senior levels.

Senior FDEs will scale engagements, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to reusable accelerators and reference architectures within Axtria’s pharma AI deployment patterns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering, data, analytics, or AI roles with pharma or life sciences client exposure.
• Pharma domain experience is mandatory and production AI engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Embed within pharma client organizations and own end-to-end production AI systems deployment.
• Lead technical workstream and direct teams of engineers.
• Present architecture trade-offs to executives and translate technical outcomes into business language.
