Axtria is seeking a Commercial Solutions Global CoE Leader to embed deep pharma expertise into AI-driven solutions. You will build and lead a lean team of domain experts, drive innovation, and convert ideas into funded client engagements with measurable ROI.

This role focuses on Commercial AI, medical affairs, omnichannel engagement, and patient services, with strong partnerships and a track record of industry leadership.

Qualifications

• Spent meaningful years inside pharma commercial operations.
• Then moved to a consulting, analytics, or platform firm.
• Have been trusted by pharma leaders as a peer, not a vendor.
• Know how to move from insight → solution → revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end innovation for commercial solutions across Medical Affairs, Omnichannel, and Patient Services.
• Build reusable, production-grade AI accelerators embedded in pharma workflows.
• Move solutions quickly from concept to pilot to client-validated offerings.
• Convert innovations into funded client engagements with measurable ROI and co-sell with account teams.
• Build and mentor a lean team of Pharma Domain & Business Solution Leaders.
• Shape Axtria’s Commercial AI portfolio for the agentic AI era.
• Transfer knowledge so account teams can position, demo, and defend solutions.
• Create GTM playbooks, POVs, case studies, and thought leadership used in pursuits.
• Ensure solutions are repeatable, scalable, and priced for growth.
• Maintain hands-on client advisory and delivery leadership while remaining billable.
