An Axtria Forward Deployment Engineer deploys production AI directly into pharma client environments, blending deep engineering, pharma domain knowledge, and independent client engagement. This role demands end-to-end AI system production, architecture across multi-agent stacks, and delivery leadership in regulated pharma settings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering, data, or AI with pharma exposure.
• Production AI experience shipping real systems (not PoCs).
• Strong Python/SQL and cloud infrastructure skills.
• Ability to operate in senior client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Embed within pharma client organizations and deploy production AI systems end-to-end.
• Lead technical workstreams and direct engineer teams.
• Manage client relationships at Director/VP/CDO level and translate technical results to business language.
• Architect multi-agent AI systems and integration stacks for pharma environments.
• Contribute to Axtria’s deployment patterns and mentor junior FDEs.
