Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field required or equivalent work experience.
• Product Owner certification required; Product Management experience preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Experience in oil & gas, refining, midstream, commodity trading, or energy industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns Middle Office digital product vision, roadmap, intake, and backlog.
• Leads a cross‑functional agile team to deliver measurable business value.
• Establishes engagement model across multiple stakeholders and tech teams.
• Prioritizes backlog, releases, and interdependencies across teams.
• Acts as voice of the client to refine solutions and ensure alignment with governance.
