Marathon Petroleum Corporation seeks a Lead Product Owner for the Middle Office to own the digital product vision, roadmap, intake, and backlog across risk oversight, data, analytics, and automation. You will partner with business leaders, Digital teams, and Commercial technology to translate complex needs into scalable solutions, prioritise work, and deliver measurable business value while strengthening MPC's operating model.

Location: Findlay, Ohio with sector opportunities in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience.
Product Owner certification is required.
Product Management experience is preferred.
7+ years of relevant experience required.

Responsabilités

Provide dedicated digital support for the Middle Office and own the digital product vision, roadmap, intake, and backlog.
Lead the integrated Middle Office digital roadmap and prioritize releases across multiple capabilities.
Collaborate with Agile teams, stakeholders, and business representatives to address challenges during product development.
Establish engagement model across Middle Office, Digital, Commercial technology, data management, analytics, and delivery teams.
Prioritize backlog and release plans for multiple features and coordinate interdependencies with Scrum teams.
