Job summary

Cyara is the assurance layer that makes enterprise AI investment defensible, testing AI agents with AI agents to detect hallucinations and ensure compliance before failures reach customers.

You own the marketing for a specific set of product lines, shaping positioning, messaging, launches, and competitive stories for buyers who are months into AI deployments. This IC role grows into leading a team as we scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS and AI product marketing, with at least 2 years at senior or lead level owning a product portfolio independently.
• A track record of shipping launches that moved pipeline and bookings, with the numbers to show it.
• Writing and presentations that stand on their own. Concise, specific, no filler. Samples may be requested.
• Comfort with technical buyers and technical product teams; ability to speak with engineers and CX executives.
• Experience selling to enterprise accounts through a sales-led motion with long cycles and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Positioning and messaging for Agentic CX assurance; defend in front of sales and product teams.
• Own go-to-market launches for agentic AI releases end to end; enablement and post-launch measurement.
• Run buyer interviews, win/loss reviews, and analyst conversations; report back buyer insights.
• Track competitive positioning and provide straight answers on Cyara wins and gaps.
• Build sales enablement assets: pitch decks, discovery questions, objections, and demos.
• Create content with technical weight: briefs, webinars, blogs, and conference sessions.
• Collaborate daily with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Customer Success.
• Begin as IC and grow into leading a team as Cyara scales.
