Senior PMs partner with engineering and organizational leads to redesign how products are built, not just which tools are adopted, while coaching others in AI-native workflows and PDLC best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management in client-facing/consulting roles.
• Experience shaping AI-native product workflows and PDLC.
• Ability to write executable specs and run workshops with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product workstream end-to-end on transformation programs.
• Anchor the product side on prototype and build-enable engagements.
• Design PM training curricula and run enablement sessions.
• Surface expansion opportunities at the close of engagements.
