You will lead the design, build, and support of scalable service platforms delivering cryptographic key management and certificate-management capabilities used across Mastercard globally.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, experience with API-driven services, and a passion for secure, scalable product development in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience delivering high-quality products.
• Experience managing highly technical platforms or API-driven services.
• Lean product management and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
• End-to-end ownership from design through deployment and customer integration.
• Proven ability to work across global, cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Champion a deep understanding of customer needs, the broader ecosystem, and market dynamics.
• Develop in-depth understanding of the product platform and create detailed artifacts for Engineering.
• Define and maintain a clear roadmap aligned to business objectives; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead refinement sessions and ensure clarity and delivery readiness.
• Provide rigorous analysis of application software to validate requirements are met.
• Ensure backlog prioritization based on business value, impact, and measurable outcomes.
• Model agile best practices across the product lifecycle.
• Measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement in processes and delivery.
