Experience building consumer growth products.
Experience in fast-paced startup environments and using AI and modern product tools.

Set Earth's product direction and roadmap in partnership with the company’s leadership.
Develop a deep understanding of our families, operators, and internal teams, and turn those insights into products people genuinely love using.
Own prioritization across product initiatives and engineering swim lanes, ensuring our roadmap aligns with company goals and measurable business outcomes.
Design and deploy a crisp product process so we can prioritize well, make decisions quickly, and execute consistently.
Create a reliable release rhythm so teams know what's shipping, when it's shipping, and why it matters.
Work hand-in-hand with Engineering to prioritize effectively, execute quickly, and build products that make a real difference for our families and team.
Build and lead our design function, including hiring our first Product Designer, establishing a high bar for user experience.
Mentor and develop our existing Product Manager and help build the product organization for our next stage of growth.
Define how we'll measure success and use data to learn, iterate, and make better decisions.
Remain deeply hands-on, from customer discovery through launch and iteration.
