Job summary

Natera is seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager to lead development and commercialization of future versions of the Panorama platform and other tests. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to obsolescence, working across R&D, software, sales, regulatory, and operations to deliver a scalable platform for next‑gen clinical assays.

This role requires strong strategic thinking with execution and a proven ability to influence across functions, delivering measurable product performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in physical or life science, statistics, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years experience, including 4–5 years in product management, marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting.
• Experience with Prenatal products/education, medical devices, or diagnostics preferred.
• Expertise in the Life Sciences industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for Panorama and other tests.
• Deliver product requirements based on customer needs and operational constraints.
• Manage product performance and field all product support needs across multiple departments.
• Develop quantitative product performance indicators and analyze data for improvement.
• Identify business opportunities and create business cases and financial models.
• Conduct VOC interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Support product marketing in positioning, pricing, and collateral content.
• Create data-driven arguments and presentations to obtain stakeholder buy-in.
• Provide updates on progress, vision, and roadmap to stakeholders.
