Job summary

Central Bank is seeking a Product Manager Lead to define and deliver a new digital banking and mobile experience for small business customers. You will own the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle, collaborating across technology, operations, risk, and marketing to drive adoption and growth.

The role requires customer insight, strategic thinking, and strong cross-functional leadership to deliver secure, compliant, and differentiated banking solutions for small businesses.

Qualifications

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for small business digital banking and mobile experiences.
• Identify customer needs, pain points, and growth opportunities through research, feedback, journey mapping, and market analysis.
• Translate business goals and customer insights into clear product requirements, features, and priorities.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
• Partner with UX, engineering, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and marketing to ensure secure and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog balancing customer value, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and revenue impact.
• Lead testing, pilots, rollout planning, and post-launch improvements for a high-quality customer experience.
• Support go-to-market planning and internal readiness for new product launches and enhancements.
• Stay informed on fintech trends, competitor offerings, and evolving small business banking needs.
• Guide prioritization and execution across multiple stakeholders within the product organization.
