Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent (preferred).
• OR equivalent experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy, client needs, data insights and regulatory requirements into a prioritized product backlog and user stories.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology, design, operations, risk, compliance, fraud, and other stakeholders to guide execution from discovery through implementation.
• Lead initiatives to optimize the end-to-end origination journey, reduce friction, and improve conversion.
• Balance priorities with data-driven insights to deliver measurable outcomes for KeyBank's digital channels.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and drive execution.
