Carta is seeking a Lead Product Manager in Seattle, WA to drive strategy and delivery across our platform. You’ll partner with design, engineering, and business groups to keep our offerings market-leading and transformative for owners and investors.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-cadence environment, drawing on your experience in startups and cross-functional teams, while delivering measurable impact and value across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in product management in a high-paced, agile software development environment.
• Experience building products at startups in cross-functional teams with designers and engineers.
• Empathic and user-focused, able to understand drivers for users.
• Systems thinker who solves problems holistically and can map data flows.
