Orb is seeking a Lead Product Manager for our Pricing Lifecycle team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You’ll define, prioritize, and own outcomes for the core billing platform, enabling customers to model pricing and packaging.

You’ll set the product strategy, decide what to build and in what order, and partner with engineering and design to ship fast, safely, and at scale—from startups to enterprises. This role supports a hybrid work culture with in-office days and quarterly in-person

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2B SaaS software.
• Strong record of delivering impact on customer outcomes and company goals.
• Advocates for customer needs while balancing business priorities.
• Excels at building partnerships with engineering and design counterparts.
• Applies product discovery to turn ambiguity into a plan.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for Orb's core billing platform.
• Lead product discovery: talk with customers on pricing experimentation to inform the product.
• Shape strategic questions on pricing abstractions and rollout with live customers.
• Build partnerships with engineering and design to surface implications early.
• Lay groundwork for practices and processes for high-impact work as the team grows.
