Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Recommendations. You will own the recommendations experience for 200 million monthly visitors, shaping a long-term strategy across candidate generation, ranking, and results presentation on Scribd’s surfaces.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Design, and ML teams to define success metrics, run experiments, and deliver high-impact features that drive engagement and subscriptions.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in product management, with 4+ years on recommendations or search in a high-traffic consumer setting.
• Proven ML-driven feature shipping that moved metrics at scale.
• Experience with retrieval, ranking, embeddings, and feature stores.

Responsabilidades

• Chart multi-year roadmap for candidate generation, ranking, and results presentation across Scribd surfaces.
• Collaborate with ML Engineering & Applied Research to productionize retrieval and ranking experiments.
• Define metrics: engagement, click-through, completion, and subscription effects.
