Job summary

Green Dot Corporation is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive end-to-end planning and execution for partner products and services. You will define and prioritize requirements for API-based integrations and collaborate with internal and external teams to meet stakeholder needs.

You will work with business leaders, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Operations and Engineering to develop customer journeys and metrics, while shaping roadmaps and guiding product lifecycle from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
5+ years in payments and money movement within Fintech or banking tech.
3+ years with ACH processing and NACHA formats.
3+ years with instant payments (OCT, AFT, Ecommerce).
Experience with API-based B2B services and payment rails like MasterCard Send or Visa Direct.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops and manages partner products from planning through production and account management.
Leads all lifecycle stages including modifications, migrations, upgrades and maintenance.
Manages delivery within budget and contract requirements.
Analyzes requirements and develops programs to ensure delivery.
Works with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
Triages product defects and coordinates resolutions.
Collaborates with development, QA, and Account Management teams.
Ensures IT governance compliance with approved tools and procedures.
