Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years experience with payments and money movement
• 3+ years implementing and/or supporting ACH (RDFI/ODFI) processing and NACHA
• 3+ years implementing and/or supporting instant payments (OCT, AFT, Ecommerce)
• Experience implementing payment rails with MasterCard Send, Visa Direct, or Fiserv
• Experience implementing RTP/FedNow
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards
• Experience managing API-based B2B services
• Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and manages activities for GreenDot’s partner products and services from definition through production and account management.
• Leads all stages of a product lifecycle including modifications, migrations, upgrades and maintenance for partnerships.
• Manages delivery of services ensuring project completion within budget and contract requirements.
• Analyzes product requirements and develops programs to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborates with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
• Triage product defects and ensure ownership and resolutions.
• Works with development, QA, and Account Management teams.
• Ensures IT governance standards through approved tools, templates, policies and processes.
• Performs other duties as needed.
