Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a senior-level Product Manager to shape enterprise data strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives across business and technology teams. You will establish product direction, drive programs, and help build a centralized data capability, partnering with senior leaders to measure impact and adoption.

The role requires strong product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while managing complex cross-functional programs

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, data strategy, data transformation, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise data, analytics, or data governance initiatives.
• Strong product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization experience.

Seeking a senior-level Product Manager to help shape and drive enterprise data strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives. This role will operate across business and technology organizations, establishing product direction, driving strategic programs, and helping build a centralized data capability.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and priorities for enterprise data initiatives.

Must Haves

• 8+ years of Product Management, Data Strategy, Data Transformation, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise data, analytics, or data governance initiatives.
• Strong product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization experience.
• Experience with enterprise transformation and organizational change.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and analytics operating models.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across multiple organizations.

Preferred

• Experience helping establish or mature a centralized enterprise data organization.
• Experience within a large, complex enterprise environment.
