Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a senior-level Lead Product Manager to shape enterprise data strategy, governance, and transformation across business and technology teams. This role will operate across organizations, establishing product direction, driving strategic programs, and helping build a centralized data capability.

You will define product direction, drive programs, and partner with executives to align initiatives with organizational goals and measure business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management, Data Strategy, Data Transformation, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise data, analytics, or data governance initiatives.
• Strong product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization experience.
• Experience with enterprise transformation and organizational change.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and analytics operating models.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across multiple organizations.

Seeking a senior-level Product Manager to help shape and drive enterprise data strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives.
